
MANAGEMENT CONTEST
In 2012, Molson Coors launched a series of public contests offering participants the chance to win a prize for each Molson product purchased. DISTRICT was responsible for extensive promotion and the entire management of multiple contests (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, the St-Tite Festival, Ski St-Sauveur, and Coors Light Cruise).
MANDATE

Manage contests designed to promote various brands (each contest extended over 2-3 months)

Graphic design of posters displayed in all Couche-Tard stores across Quebec

Field phone calls and emails, and fax information to the winners (questions, instructions, information on procedures)

Make toll-free phone number available

Manage exemption documents to be signed by winners (mail and receive them, and handle signature follow-up)

Manage and validate winners’ proof of purchase receipts

Issue tickets to winners by regular mail with a signature request
