INTACT CHRISTMAS EVENT

Every year since 2010, Intact Insurance has given DISTRICT the mandate to design and produce a thematic Christmas event for the 3200 employees in their Montreal, Quebec City and Saint-Hyacinthe offices. With the goal of rewarding Intact Insurance employees with a unique and over-the-top experience, we’ve been able to create a totally enchanted and unforgettable evening that has helped them to build a deeper and more lasting relationship with the company year after year.

THE INTACT SHOW

The Intact Insurance annual meeting tour was presented in a talk show format to employees at the company’s various corporate offices. Hosted by Quebec actor David Savard, the event gave employees the opportunity to learn about their business in a more refreshing and relaxed style. DISTRICT was tasked with developing the meeting script, set design, planning, and technical execution.

TVi

DISTRICT organized and developed a concept specifically created for the Intact Insurance annual meeting with employees and brokers.

The Tvi tour was presented as a virtual newsroom, a much more effective way to communicate news and information the 3000+ employees and brokers on hand for the occasion.

FACE À FACE WITH MATHIEU

With the arrival of the company’s new IT president, Intact Insurance gave DISTRICT the job of organizing an event where employees could get to know their new employer in a super user-friendly format. A Late Night Show concept gave employees an easy opportunity to ask the new president questions and the event a more personal and human dimension. The event featured a special presentation of the ever-popular Family Feud game show based on employee surveys.
